RESIDENT FILING

If any of your family members have no SSN but has ITIN check below link and make sure ITIN is current. If not let us know so we can help you with the renewal of the expired ITINs.

Documents Needed:

  • Client Sheet that is attached here (Old clients can fill only changed info in basic sheet)
  • w2s salary statements from all employers you worked for. sometimes you might get w2 from previous employer if you sold old espp stock.
  • 1099ints from your banks and escrow accounts
  • 1099 Miscs if your were self employed or received any misc payments
  • 1099Divs for dividends earned from the stocks you are holding
  • 1099G if you received unemployment benefits, PFL or state refunds
  • 1099B statements if you sold stocks
  • 1099Rs if you took distributions from retirement accounts or received certain pensions or did back door entry into roth or even qualified rollovers
  • 1099SA if you used money for medical or took distribution from your HSA accounts
  • 1098T if you paid fees for any family member
  • 1098E for student loan interests paid.
  • K1s if you have income from pass through entities that you did not file with us
  • 1098 Mortgage statements. If you own both principal and rental properties please write the property address on top of 1098 to make it clear the mortgage statement belongs to which property. If you purchased US property in 2020 please provide us the closing statement and property taxes paid as well.
  • Passports of ITIN applicants (First, Last nad Visa pages showing date of entry)
  • Last year filing copy if you did not file with us. (We will review your previous filing for free!! We have saved thousands of dollars to our clients by such reviews.)
